Kitchens and dining rooms are hard-working spaces. There are many items to store, and accessing them is preferred to be simple. That's why drawers and roll-outs are so great.
A few years ago I designed the kitchen makeover for this home. The adjacent dining area housed a vintage server for overflow dishes and serving items. Over time, the family has grown requiring an update to the space to include more refrigeration, serving area, and more efficient storage.
We carried over the same cabinetry from the kitchen. However, we used a different counter material and complementary cabinet pulls. The kitchen has grey quartz counters, we used white quartz in the dining area. It is a simple visual.
