Julie Fergus, ASID, a nationally recognized Interior Designer, leads the design team.

     Whether designing one room or a whole house, Julie’s philosophy is to create beautiful functional homes for everyday living with one-stop shopping. She reflects this philosophy in her custom designs, in her home and her life.

​

“I believe designing homes for everyday living is essential and important. When a home works well to serve my client's everyday needs and it is beautiful, my clients are happy.” Julie says.

​

     Julie has a B.S. degree in Interior Design, has been certified by the National Council of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ), is a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID), and is a nationally published interior designer. She works primarily in the Lakes Region and Mount Washington Valley of New Hampshire. However, she has and can travel throughout the Northeast.

     Working with Julie to design and decorate your home will give you full access to the Boston Design Center and every possible resource available to the trade. This allows you to find truly unique furnishings, fixtures and fabrics for your home.

     Julie has assembled a network of trade professionals, contractors, and suppliers to expedite your home remodeling and construction projects.

​

     In addition to custom home design, Julie owns and manages a vacation rental cottage. She uses her experience in home design to create comfortable, relaxed, family-friendly, and dog-friendly vacation home rentals. Click here to see her rental home.

     Being in the vacation rental industry since 2005 has given Julie much knowledge and experience. She shares that on her DIY VRBO website.

When not enjoying life in Wolfeboro, Julie and her husband travel in their motorhome with their dog and cat.
