Pumpkin Bisque

Fall is the time when pumpkin is in abundance. It is versatile because it can used to bake with and to use in savory dishes. Here is one of my favorites, a pumpkin bisque. I am a fan of curry so I use a generous amount. If you don't like curry you can omit it.
